BAT AUDIO OTG CABLE
Special Outer Sheath
We have developed a new outer sheath for our two OTG cables.
This material offers durability and anti-aging performance far superior to standard PVC.
Unlike headphone cables worn on the body, OTG cables are often placed on desks or in pockets, so durability is the top priority.
The new outer sheath is designed exclusively by BAT for OTG cables and recording cables, so users no longer need to worry about PVC-like materials aging or cracking.
Coaxial Version with Shielding
OTG cables are generally short and don’t require the same fine conductor detail as headphone cables.
However, as they transmit digital signals, such signals are prone to external interference.
We introduced a new coaxial OTG with shielding to further optimize conductor structure:
-
Inner conductor bundled into a single core
-
Outer layer cross-woven with shielding mesh
The cross-woven structure provides stable shielding, ensuring stable signals even for longer cables.
High Capacity, No Pressure
Our standard version still uses 24AWG 7N single-crystal copper-silver from Furukawa.
For most OTG applications, long cables are unnecessary.
Thus, users can choose the cost-effective standard high-capacity version.
Without the need for shielding, there is more room for thicker 4-core conductors, making it suitable for most OTG users.
All-New Design
BAT’s exclusive Type-C connector features precision polishing craftsmanship, like a work of art.
The build quality is solid, and the inside uses fully sealed injection molding to ensure the connector resists pulling and increases durability.
